伴随着经济的发展,企业对人力资源管理的要求越来越高,在这种情况下,促使人力资源管理向着职业化的方向发展。本文从人力资源管理职业化概述出发,在分析我国人力资源管理职业化问题现状的基础上,提出了解决我国人力资源管理职业化问题的解决策略。即完善人力资源管理专业人员市场、健全人力资源管理职业资格认证体系、加强人力资源管理职业化的专业化管理及加强对从业人员行为的规范管理等。
With economic development, enterprises are increasingly demanding human resources management. Under such circumstances, human resources management is urged to become more professional.
