子宫恶性中胚叶混合瘤(MMMT)是一种既含有恶性腺体又有恶性间质的高度恶性肿瘤,而腺肉瘤(AS)一种含有恶性间质和良性体腺体的低浸润性肿瘤。使用免疫组化方法对20例MMMT和6例AS的组织切片进行染色,测定其腺体和间质组织成分中p53蛋白、HER-2/neu蛋白、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)及Ki-67抗原的过度表达率。PCNA(增生细胞核抗原)染色用于检测Ki-67抗原作为增殖标志物的可靠度。同时还测定了MMMT和AS中ER、PR的频率以及与EGFR过度表达的关系。
Malignant mesodermal mixed tumor (MMMT) is a highly malignant tumor that contains both malignant gland and malignant stroma, while adenosarcoma (AS) is a low-invasive tumor with malignant stromal and benign glandular gland . Tissue sections of 20 MMMTs and 6 ASs were stained with immunohistochemistry to determine the expression of p53 protein, HER-2 / neu protein, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Ki- 67 antigen over-expression rate. PCNA (Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen) staining was used to test the reliability of the Ki-67 antigen as a proliferation marker. The frequency of ER and PR in MMMT and AS and the relationship with EGFR overexpression were also determined.
