本文报告72例试用延胡索素乙硫酸盐作为鎮痛剂的临床观察,其中64例为单剂用药,主要为一次口服75毫克,另8例为长期口服。单剂用药64例中完全止痛及疼痛减轻者共50例,占78.1％,长期服药8例均有效,鎮痛作用在内科胸腹部鈍痛病例较著。用药后未見重要副作用,单剂用药者28％发生嗜睡。长期用药的8例中6例有嗜睡,血与尿常規、大便次数、血压、心率等均无明显改变。据本文病例的初步临床应用结果,延胡索素乙对钝痛有一定的镇痛效果值,得进一步试用。
This article reports the clinical observation of 72 trials of fumarate ethosulfate as an analgesic, of which 64 were single-agent medications, mainly oral 75 mg once, and the other 8 were oral long-term. In a single dose of 64 patients with complete pain relief and pain relief in 50 cases, accounting for 78.1%, 8 cases of long-term medication were effective, analgesic effect in chest and abdominal dull pain cases. No significant side effects were observed after treatment, and 28% of single-dose patients experienced lethargy. According to the results of the preliminary clinical application of this case, Corydalis Su has a certain degree of analgesic effect on dull pain and can be further tested.
