原发性十二指肠癌少见[1]，放在实际工作易误诊与漏诊。一般认为十二指肠溃疡不会恶变[2]，1992年赵登秋报道十二指肠溃疡恶变2例[3]。作者复查本院1960～1990年30年间的病理检查资料，有十二指肠癌9例，其中1例属十二指肠溃疡恶变。1临床资料1．1本组9例，其中男8例，女性1例 Primary duodenal cancer is rare [1], and it is easy to misdiagnose and missed diagnosis on the actual work.
