低学历员工作为企业第一线的生产人员,其工作满意度直接决定着产品或服务的质量。本研究以西安沪光数控机械制造有限公司(加工制造类民营企业)低学历员工为研究对象,采用问卷调查为主、访谈为辅的形式,利用SPSS11.5进行数据统计分析,从不同人口统计学变量对民营企业中低学历员工这一群体的工作满意度现状进行实证研究。发现民营企业低学历员工的工作满意度不高,在研究分析的基础上提出有针对性的应对策略。
Low-educated employees as the first-line production staff, their job satisfaction directly determines the quality of products or services. In this study, the employees with low academic qualifications of Xi’an Huguang CNC Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (processing and manufacturing private enterprises) were selected as the research objects. The questionnaire was used as the main form and the interview was supplemented. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 11.5. The data from different demographics The variables of learning make empirical research on the status quo of job satisfaction among the low-educated employees in private-owned enterprises. Found that the job satisfaction of low-educated employees in private enterprises is not high, based on the research and analysis put forward targeted response strategies.
