潮阳市劳动局结合本市实际,全面部署新一年劳动保障工作,并把劳动合同管理作为一项重点工作,摆上突出位置,迅速行动,狠抓落实,抓出成效。至3月8日,全市企业新签劳动合同22000多人,为新一年全市劳动保障工作起好步,开好局。近阶段,为加快劳动合同签订工作步伐,潮阳市劳动局采取了一系列有效措施:一是加强组织领导。局成立了劳动合同签订工作领导小组,局长亲抓,分管局长专抓,以劳动关系科为主,劳动监察科配合,负责具体工作落实。二是落实目标责任。通过调查摸底,掌握各镇(街道)辖区内各类用人单位招用临时工情况,把劳动合同签订任务进行分解,明确各地任务
