目的:优化微分电位溶出法测定血铅的实验条件,用标准物质对《血中铅的微分电位溶出测定方法》(WS/T 21-1996)进行评价。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计表对实验条件进行优化;同时,用WS/T 21-1996所述方法对标准物质进行测定。结果:实验条件的最优组合为富集电位:-1.4V、搅拌富集时间:80 s、盐酸体积:5 ml;血铅浓度在2.0μg/L-10μg/L范围内与溶出峰高间线性关系良好(R2=0.9997);高浓度和低浓度血铅标准物质测定结果的日内和日间精密度良好(相对标准偏差均<10%)。结论:WS/T21-1996法测定血铅可以满足日常检测的需求,但实验条件尚可进一步优化。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the experimental conditions for the determination of blood lead by the differential potentiometric stripping method and to evaluate the method of “differential potentiometric stripping of blood lead” (WS / T 21-1996) with reference materials. Methods: The experimental conditions were optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal design table. Meanwhile, the standard materials were determined by the method of WS / T 21-1996. Results: The optimal combination of experimental conditions was enrichment potential: -1.4V, enrichment time: 80 s, volume of hydrochloric acid: 5 ml; blood lead concentration ranged from 2.0μg / L to 10μg / L The linearity was good (R2 = 0.9997). The intra-and inter-day precision was good (both relative standard deviation <10%) for high and low blood lead concentrations. Conclusion: The determination of blood lead by WS / T21-1996 method can meet the needs of routine testing, but the experimental conditions can be further optimized.
