现如今的中国家庭,往往是父亲忙于事业忙于生计,教育孩子的重担大都落在了母亲身上。孩子不仅与父亲接触的机会相对较少,就连走出家门进入幼儿园后,接触的教师也大都是女性,这种人际交往环境中的“阴盛阳衰”对幼儿的生理和心理发展极为不利。为此,我园积极创造条件,吸引招录了两名男性幼儿教师,并充分借助男教师的性别优势和专业特长,带孩子们开展了优质高效、丰富多彩的户外活动。一、借助男教师,合理调配户外活动时间,实现资源共事男教师担当全园的“阳刚教育”任务,促进幼儿身心的全面健康发展。为
