运用激光模式耦合理论分析了半导体激光器与楔形柱面光纤微透镜的连接损耗,设计并制作了楔形柱面光纤微透镜用来实现两者的模斑匹配。运用ABCD矩阵方法,对该组件的耦合效率进行了仿真计算和分析,得到了高耦合效率下楔形柱面光纤微透镜的结构参数。该方法可有效地用于楔形柱面光纤微透镜的优化设计。
The connection loss between the semiconductor laser and the wedge-shaped cylindrical micro-lens was analyzed by using the laser mode coupling theory. Wedge-shaped cylindrical micro-lens was designed and fabricated to achieve the matching between the two. The ABCD matrix method was used to simulate and analyze the coupling efficiency of the module. The structural parameters of the wedge-shaped cylindrical fiber microlenses with high coupling efficiency were obtained. This method can be effectively used in the optimization design of wedge-shaped cylindrical fiber microlens.
