【前言】高炉使用自熔性烧结矿进行冶炼,是炼铁生产技术上的一大进步。众所周知,碱度(CaO/SiO_2)1.2左右的烧结矿,在质量上存在的严重缺陷是,在冷却过程中产生粉化,便给高炉生产带来了危害。根据首钢的生产实践,在烧结科中加入含磷的物料,对抑制烧结矿的粉化取得了良好的效果。但做为冶炼低磷生铁来说,这显然是不够合适的,北台钢铁厂在烧结料中配加1%左右的含硼铁精矿粉,也同样取得了抑制烧结矿粉化的作用,并且在高炉生产上取得了较好的结果。但增加生铁中硼元素的含量和增加生铁中磷的含量,对生铁质量的影响就大不一样了。如以冶炼制钢生铁为例,含硼生铁可成为冶炼硼钢的良好原料。
