传统的钢结构加固方法包括钢板焊接、螺栓连接和铆接等。这些加固方法都存在缺点,容易产生应力集中现象。CFRP具有比强度和比刚度高等特点,在加固钢结构上显示出很好的效果。以未受损钢板、受损钢板和含焊缝钢板为被加固的受拉钢板,分别从单轴静力拉伸试验和疲劳试验两方面总结了CFRP在受拉钢板加固中的应用;比较了不同学者在研究CFRP-钢板粘接界面力学性能时采用的方法及其结论。总结发现,CFRP在加固受拉钢板中效果良好,但加固措施的耐久性、CFRP布与CFRP板加固效果的差异、新型组合加固方法等一系列问题仍有待研究。
Traditional steel reinforcement methods include steel welding, bolting and riveting. These reinforcement methods have shortcomings, prone to stress concentration. CFRP has the characteristics of higher specific strength and higher specific stiffness, and shows good results on steel reinforcement. Taking un-damaged steel plate, damaged steel plate and welded steel plate as tensioned steel plate, the application of CFRP in tensioning steel plate was summarized respectively from uniaxial static tensile test and fatigue test. Different scholars study the mechanical properties of CFRP-steel bonding interface and its conclusions. The conclusion is that CFRP has good effect in strengthening the tensioned steel plate, but a series of problems such as the durability of the reinforcement measures, the difference between the reinforcing effect of the CFRP sheet and the CFRP sheet, the new combination reinforcement method and so on remain to be studied.
