由于在应试教育的大背景下,加上高考指挥棒的作用,高中生在学习和成长过程中的非智力因素往往容易被忽略。然而,非智力因素应该具有与智力因素同等重要的地位,而且应成为学校教育中的重要工作内容。在高中英语教学过程中,探索非智力因素的开发和培养,对改进英语教学,适应新课标要求,提高教学质量有着重要的意义。
Due to the background of examination-oriented education, coupled with the role of the college entrance examination baton, non-intelligence factors of high school students in learning and growing tend to be easily overlooked. However, non-intelligence factors should have the same status as intellectual factors, and should become an important part of work in school education. In the process of senior high school English teaching, exploring the development and training of non-intelligence factors is of great significance to improving English teaching, meeting the requirements of new curriculum standards and improving teaching quality.
