用4个不育系与5个恢复系组成4×5不完全双列杂交进行配合力分析.结果表明,宜香1A一般配合力效应值为0.376,II-32A一般配和力效应值为0.169,汕A一般配和力效应值为-0.208.对它们配和力效应值差异作显著性测验的结果是,宜香1A一般配合力极显著优于II-32A和汕A.对水稻不育系宜香1A的香味遗传研究表明,宜香1A的香味由1对隐性主基因控制,是一个选育香型杂交稻的理想不育系.
The results showed that the general combining ability effect value of Yixiang 1A was 0.376 and the general fitting force effect value of II-32A was 0.169 , The general combining effect of Shany A was -0.208.The significant difference of their combining and force effect values showed that the general combining ability of Yixiang 1A was significantly better than that of II-32A and Shany A. It is a perfect male sterile line to breed fragrant hybrid rice with the scent of Yixiang 1A, which is controlled by a pair of recessive main genes.
