目的:用正交试验方法研究半枝莲中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:将半枝莲粗粉用石油醚索式提取,去除脂溶性成分;选定甲醇加热回流,以提取时间(t),浓度(c),加醇量(times)三个影响因素设计正交试验L_9(3~3)。紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果:10倍量药材的75%甲醇,提取2次,每次提取1h,提取总黄酮量最高。结论:该方法简便可行,为充分利用半枝莲药材资源提供了参考依据。
Objective: To study the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Scutellaria barbata with orthogonal test. Methods: Scutellaria barbata extract was extracted with petroleum ether, and the liposoluble components were removed. The selected methanol was heated to reflux, and three influencing factors of extraction time (t), concentration (c) and alcohol addition To test L_9 (3 ~ 3). Determination of Total Flavonoids by UV Spectrophotometry. Results: 10 times the amount of 75% methanol, extracted twice, each extraction 1h, the highest total flavonoids extraction. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, which provides a reference for making full use of Scutellaria barbata medicinal resources.
