二、国际食品法典委员会(CAC)标准大致范围及内容(一)目前国际食品标准分属二大系统及趋势1.ISO系统的食品标准——ISO系统的食品标准:它主要由ISOTC34农产品、及食品类包括14个分支标准委员会及四个相关的技术委员会(TC)加上若干ISO指南组成的及其他与食品实验室工作有关的标准分委员会。尽管ISO历史悠久,机构庞大[ISO有186个技术委员会(TC),659个分委员会(SC),1391个工作组(WC)],食品农产品TC34仅仅是其中之一,但比不上专业化的CAC。但ISO/IEC标准目前在商品标准方面仍占一定优势,而且是TBT协议所指的国际标准。
II. General Scope and Content of CAC Criteria (I) Currently, International Food Standards fall into two major systems and trends: 1.ISO System Food Standards - ISO System Food Standards: It is mainly composed of ISOTC34 agricultural products and The food category consists of 14 branch standards committees and four related technical commissions (TCs) plus a number of ISO guidelines and other standard subcommittees related to the work of food laboratories. Although the ISO has a long history and a large organization [ISO has 186 technical committees (TCs), 659 sub-committees (SCs) and 1391 working groups (WCs)], the food and agriculture TC34 is just one but not as specialized CAC. However, the ISO / IEC standard currently still holds some advantages in terms of commodity standards and is an international standard under the TBT agreement.
