本文首先介绍了GSM预付费业务在欧洲推出和应用的情况、该业务的功能需求、类型和特点,最后较详细地讲述了通过设立预付费业务处理中心和智能网两种业务实现方案。文章认为,第一种方案对现有GSM网络影响较小,易于实现,但不能对用户帐目完全实行监控,功能单一,采用非标准协议,对其应用和发展产生限制。第二种方案虽然对现有网络影响大,但除预付费业务外,还能提供其它特定业务,且采用标准协议,能提供多供应商的运行环境。 This article first introduces the situation of GSM prepaid service being introduced and applied in Europe, the functional requirements, types and features of the service. Finally, it elaborates the solution of setting up prepaid service processing center and intelligent network in detail. The article believes that the first solution has less impact on the existing GSM network and is easy to implement. However, it can not fully monitor user accounts and has a single function. Non-standard protocols are used to limit its application and development. Although the second solution has great influence on the existing network, it can provide other specific services in addition to the prepaid services and adopt a standard protocol to provide a multi-vendor operating environment.
