阶梯轴(齿轮轴)类锻件属于轴对称式直长轴类锻件,它和圆盘类锻件加在一起约占某些企业锻件总数的50%。此类锻件因其轴线长,沿轴向截面积变化较大,故其模锻工艺较之圆盘类锻件要复杂,一般要有制坯工序。同样其模具结构也较复杂,设计工作量也较大。按传统的设计方法设计需要有经验的设计人员,进行一系列繁复的设计计算,设计周期长。为提高此类锻模的设计速度与质量,吉林工业大学针对载重汽车的主动伞齿轮和变速箱中间轴等锻件,研究开发了阶梯轴类锻件锤锻模计算机辅助设计通用系统。整个系统是在PC-AT微型机上开发的,采用BASIC语言编程,标注已汉字化。本系
