1 资料和方法 本组23例中男19例,女4例,年龄9～64岁,临床表现:阵发性头疼16例,头晕5例,多汗6例,心悸3例,发作性高血压10例,腹部触诊仅1例触及包块。23例进行了超声诊断,有的配合其他诊断。有6例进行了X线肾分泌造影检查;右肾上腺软组织增大影2例,腹腔肿物1例,右肾萎缩考虑肾动脉狭窄1例,右肾下移1例,未见异常所见1例,CT扫描者15例,报告肾上腺肿瘤5例,肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤2例,肾上腺高密度影1例,低密度影1例,右肾门与肝门之间嗜铬细胞瘤1例,右肾肿瘤1例,腹部肿块1例,肝尾状叶癌1例,胰头下方密度增浓影1
