颅咽管瘤原发于鼻咽部者少见,现将一例,报告如下。患者,女,38岁。主诉“感冒”致间歇性鼻塞,涕中带血及头痛,于第7天入院。无视觉及内分泌功能障碍。检查见鼻咽部的鼻中隔后缘下1/2处,有一1.5×1.2 cm 赘生物,边界清楚,表面凹凸不平,蒂部较宽,附有血迹。头颅侧位片,见蝶鞍正常。拟诊鼻咽部良性肿瘤,在气管插管麻醉下作软腭正中切开,肿瘤完整切除,周围骨质无破坏,出血量 The craniopharyngiomas originating in the nasopharynx are rare and are now reported as follows.
