本文对粉末冶金温压技术的基理、机理和技术关键提出了看法,指出粘结剂和润滑剂在温压过程和烧结过程中的重要作用,并引出“颗粒界面液相烧结”研究的建议。由于温压技术可制造出密度7.10~7.50g/cm3的铁基材料(常规冷模压的密度小于7.10g/cm3),材料的力学性能明显提高,使其应用范围扩大。通过理论和实践分析,探讨了采用“温压技术和颗粒界面液相烧结技术”生产发动机连杆(典型零件)的可能性。
In this paper, the key points of mechanism, mechanism and technology of powder metallurgy temperature and pressure technology are pointed out. The important role of binder and lubricant in temperature and pressure process and sintering process are pointed out. And the suggestion of “particle-boundary liquid-phase sintering” . As the temperature and pressure technology can produce a density of 7.10 ~ 7.50g / cm3 of iron-based materials (conventional cold-pressed density of less than 7.10g / cm3), the mechanical properties of the material significantly improved to expand its scope of application. Through theoretical and practical analysis, the possibility of producing engine connecting rods (typical components) by using “warm-pressure technology and particle-boundary liquid-phase sintering technology” is discussed.
