本文系李元杰、张晓风同志受中国有色金属学会派遣参加美国矿物、金属、材料学会第120届国际学术年会后撰写的一篇文章。文中介绍了会议概况和世界铝工业的发展趋势。会上发表的轻金属论文,特别是氧化铝部分拜耳法生产氧化铝过程中使用化学添加剂、氧化铝工业采用新型的絮凝剂、非冶金用氧化铝,拜耳法高压溶出浆液分子比(A/C)分析的在线多变量控制技术及氧化铝生产单元设备的改进问题可供改进操作方法和生产设备参考,以便使氧化铝生产的能耗、物料消耗和劳力得到大幅度下降。同时简介了铝电解槽物理场的研究在向纵深发展,铝电解槽自控专家系统将投入运行。采用这些技术,将会加快自控系统的开发速度和降低生产费用。

The paper introduced the conference overview and the development trend of the world aluminum industry. Light metal papers presented at the meeting, in particular, the use of chemical additives in the production of alumina by the Bayer process of alumina, the use of novel flocculants in the alumina industry, the non-metallurgical alumina, Bayer process high-pressure dissolution slurry molecular ratio (A / C) The analysis of the on-line multivariable control technology and the improvement of the alumina production unit equipment provide an improved method of operation and production equipment reference in order to significantly reduce the energy consumption, material consumption and labor of the alumina production. At the same time, the research on physical field of aluminum reduction cell is introduced in depth. The expert system of automatic control of aluminum reduction cell will be put into operation. Using these technologies, will speed up the development of automatic control system and reduce production costs.
