用DTA法研究了乙酸稀土与邻二氰基苯的固相反应得出:稀土酞氰化合物的形成不受升温速度影响,但形成稀土酞氰的温度随升温速度增大而增加,反应产物中含有稀土双酞氰与单酞氯两种组分,该二种组份之比与升温速度及稀土元素种类有关。当升温速度为20℃/min时对镥的双酞氰化合物的形成有利,可以拟出新的合成条件以提高双酞氰产物的收率。
The DTA method was used to study the solid-state reaction of rare-earth acetate with o-dicyanobenzene. The results showed that the formation of rare-earth phthalocyanine was not affected by the heating rate, but the temperature of the formation of rare earth phthalocyanine increased with the increase of heating rate. Containing rare earth phthalocyanine and phthalocyanine two components, the ratio of the two components and the heating rate and the type of rare earth elements. When the heating rate is 20 ℃ / min, it is favorable to the formation of bis (phthalazinone) stilbene and the new synthetic conditions can be drawn to improve the yield of bis (phthalocyanine) product.
