自1971年起,我校和天津继红五金机电厂协作,进行了把半导体的热电性能用于空气调节的研究工作。先拉制合适直径的半导体元件,试验制作电堆的工艺,做小模型的性能试验,进行了采用焊接工艺铜水箱和粘接工艺铝水箱的半导体冷风器的试制和实验。在此基础上,进行了半导体空气调节器整机的设计、试制和试验工作。
Since 1971, our school has cooperated with Tianjin Jihong Hardware Power Plant to conduct research on the thermoelectric properties of semiconductors for air conditioning. First, a semiconductor element with a suitable diameter was drawn, the process of making a stack was tested, and the performance test of a small model was performed. The trial production and experiment of a semiconductor cold air blower using a welding process copper water tank and an adhesive process aluminum water tank were performed. On this basis, the design, trial production and test work of the semiconductor air conditioner was carried out.
