c-met蛋白在结直肠癌肝转移癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨结直肠肝转移癌组织中c-met蛋白表达情况及其与微血管密度值(MVD)的关系。方法:选取自2010年8月—2013年8月手术切除病理证实的发生肝转移癌的肝癌组织50例,同时切取同一患者的结直肠癌组织、癌旁组织及正常黏膜组织。采用免疫组化法分别检测这4种组织内的c-met蛋白的表达情况及CD34标记的MVD。结果:结直肠肝转移癌组织中c-met蛋白阳性率为90%,明显高于癌旁组织与正常黏膜组织(P<0.05),但与结直肠癌组织的的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结直肠肝转移癌组织中MVD值明显高于癌旁组织与正常黏膜组织,但与结直肠癌组织比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结直肠肝转移癌中c-met蛋白表达阳性的癌组织中MVD值明显高于c-met蛋白阴性的癌组织(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠肝转移癌组织c-met蛋白表达升高,且其表达与MVD有关,从而可能促进了结直肠癌肝转移的发生。 Objective: To investigate the expression of c-met protein in colorectal cancer and its relationship with microvessel density (MVD). Methods: Totally 50 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma with liver metastases confirmed by surgically resected pathology from August 2010 to August 2013 were selected. At same time, colorectal cancer tissues, paracancerous tissues and normal mucosa tissues of the same patients were excised. The expression of c-met protein and CD34-labeled MVD in the four tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of c-met protein in colorectal cancer tissues was 90%, which was significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues and normal mucosa tissues (P <0.05), but not in colorectal cancer tissues (P > 0.05). The MVD in colorectal liver cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and normal mucosa tissues, but there was no significant difference with colorectal cancer tissues (P> 0.05). The expression of c-met protein in colorectal liver metastases MVD in cancerous tissues was significantly higher than that in c-met negative cancerous tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of c-met protein in colorectal cancer tissues is increased, and its expression is related to MVD, which may promote the occurrence of colorectal cancer liver metastasis.
