快开式法兰是一种采用牙齿咬合的紧固结构,适用于需要经常开启的压力容器,已在浸漆罐、蒸压釜等一类压力容器中使用。有限元计算表明,这类结构,在法兰与容器端盖连接处有较大的应力峰值,其值远高于其基本应力(薄膜应力)值,使结构在这一区域较为薄弱。设计时,设法减小这种应力峰值至关重要。为达此目的,往往采用增大法兰尺寸的办法,但是,这样一来,使法兰过刚,不仅耗费钢材,增加结构重量,而且还可能造成应力峰
Quick-open flange is a kind of fastening structure with teeth bite, which is suitable for the pressure vessels that need to be opened frequently. It has been used in pressure vessels such as dipping tanks and autoclave. Finite element calculations show that this type of structure has a large stress peak at the joint between the flange and the container end cap and its value is much higher than its basic stress (film stress), which makes the structure weak in this area. At design time, it is crucial to try to reduce this stress peak. To achieve this, the flange size is often increased, however, so that the flange is too rigid, not only consuming steel, increasing the weight of the structure, but also may cause stress peaks
