预应力混凝土桥梁在建设期的有效预应力储备直接影响运营期间的使用性能。由于影响预应力的损失的因素过于复杂,有效预应力的精确检验在理论和实践中都还存在着很大困难。利用挠度法,结合有限元分析掌握结构实际刚度,从而识别张拉阶段预应力效果。最后用摩阻试验来验证识别参数的可靠性,识别所获得的预应力信息可反映当前结构工作状况,同时也为掌握运营期全桥预应力状态提供可靠依据。
The effective prestressing reserve of prestressed concrete bridge during the construction period has a direct impact on the service performance during the operation period. Due to the complexity of factors that affect the loss of prestressing, the exact test of effective prestress still has great difficulties in theory and practice. Using the deflection method and the finite element analysis to grasp the actual stiffness of the structure, the prestressing effect in the tensioning stage can be identified. Finally, the friction resistance test is used to verify the reliability of the identification parameters. The identification of the obtained prestress information can reflect the working condition of the current structure and provide a reliable basis for grasping the prestressed state of the full bridge during operation.
