本文通过电剌激大鼠膈神经隔肌标本,观察江浙蝮蛇抗栓酶(Svate)及蝮蛇粗毒等药对神经肌接点传递的影响。结果表明,江浙蝮蛇抗栓酶在大于成人临床用量50~60倍时,并无明显神经肌接点传递的阻断作用。江西产蝮蛇毒的神经肌接点阻断作用大于浙江产蝮蛇毒的作用。
In this paper, the effects of drugs such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang snake antithrombotic enzymes (Svate) and crude snake venom on the transmission of neuromuscular junctions were observed by electrically stimulating rat phrenic nerves. The results showed that there was no obvious blocking effect of neuromuscular junction transmission when Jiangzhe Cobra Snake antithrombotic enzyme was more than 50-60 times of adult clinical dosage. The neuromuscular junction blocking effect of venomous snake venom in Jiangxi Province is greater than that of Zhejiang venomous snake venom.
