考虑了接触面间正压力过大时阻尼器将逐步失去阻尼的特性,参考实验结果将正压力过大时干摩擦力与位移简化为线性关系,对整体滑动模型进行完善。在考虑了阻尼器刚度系数、接触面正压力以及外激励幅值等的影响因素下,结合一次谐波平衡法对缘板干摩擦阻尼器进行了仿真分析,得到了该类阻尼器振动及减振特性随相关参数变化的规律。仿真分析结果显示完善后的模型能更好地反映系统的动力学特性。
Considering the characteristic that the damper will gradually lose damping when the positive pressure between contact surfaces is too large, the friction coefficient and displacement are reduced to a linear relationship when the positive pressure is too large, and the whole sliding model is improved. Considering the influence factors of the stiffness coefficient of the damper, the positive pressure of the contact surface and the amplitude of the external excitation, the first harmonic equilibrium method is used to simulate the friction damper of the edge plate. The vibration and the damping of the damper are obtained The vibration characteristics change with the related parameters. Simulation results show that the improved model can better reflect the dynamic characteristics of the system.
