高职院校的学生,与普通高校大学生相比,他们有着年轻人共同的个性,但是心理特征又极具独特性。特别近年来随着中国高校规模的不多扩大,教育竞争也日趋激烈,不少高校在教学管理中更加重视对学生心里健康的教育。那么如何在高职学生管理工作中,更好的融入心理健康教育,成为高职院校十分重视的一大问题,本篇论文简单分析了的当前高校学生的心理特点,对高职院校融入心理健康教育进行目标定位,继而对此提出具体的操作模式,保证在塑造高校学生健康的心理同时,全面提升高校人才的培养质量。
Students in higher vocational colleges, compared with ordinary university students, have common personality among young people, but their psychological characteristics are very unique. In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of higher education institutions in China, the competition in education has become increasingly fierce. Many colleges and universities place more emphasis on the education of students’ mental health in teaching management. So how to better integrate psychological health education in the management of students in higher vocational colleges has become a major issue that the vocational colleges attach great importance to. This paper simply analyzes the psychological characteristics of the current college students, Mental health education to conduct targeted positioning, and then propose a specific mode of operation, to ensure that the shaping of the psychology of college students at the same time, comprehensively enhance the quality of university personnel training.
