基于对传统“传授型教师”弊端的反思以及“传授型教师”向“科研型教师”的现代转型,当前中小学教师的教育科研素质受到了普遍的关注与重视。一般来讲,教育科研意识、教育理论素养、教育科研专门知识与技能、教育科研实践经验和教育科研情感体验等要素构成了中小学教师教育科研素质的基本结构。从这些要素各自的改善和优化入手,可以达到从整体上提高中小学教师教育科研素质的目的。
Based on the reflection of the shortcomings of the traditional “teaching teacher” and the modern transformation of “teaching teacher” to “research teacher”, the quality of education and research of primary and secondary school teachers has received universal attention and attention. In general, elements of education and scientific research awareness, theoretical education of education, special knowledge and skills in education and scientific research, practical experience in education and scientific research, and emotional experience in education and scientific research constitute the basic structure of primary and secondary school teachers’ quality of scientific research and education. Starting from the improvement and optimization of each of these elements, we can achieve the goal of improving the educational quality of primary and secondary school teachers as a whole.
