一、泥鳅的经济价值俗话说“天上斑鸠,地下泥鳅”。泥鳅肉清淡味美,具有很高的经济价值和药用价值。据分析,每100克鲜肉中含蛋白质9.6克、脂肪3.7克、碳水化合物2.5克、灰分1.2克、钙28毫克、磷72毫克、铁0.9毫克,其营养价值可与常见的鲤鱼比美。泥鳅可供药用,对治疗皮肤瘙痒、疥癣、疗疮、肝炎、甚至癫痫、乳腺癌等都有一定的作用。泥鳅身上的粘液可以治疗小便不通、热淋、痈肿和中耳炎。泥鳅的药用前景值得我们进一步的深入研究。
