透射电镜(TEM)碳膜萃取复型技术,是用来研究碳化物、非金属夹杂物等第二相粒子结构、成份和分布形态的先进手段,而选择合适的浸蚀方法和规范。制备高质量的电镜样品,是进行观察和分析的首要条件。为此,本文针对一段超期服役的2 1/4Cr-1Mo钢再热蒸汽管道及其焊接接头,采用化学和电化学两种浸蚀方法,分别制备了不同浸蚀规范下的碳膜萃取复型样品,并通过TEM观察,确定了样品制备的最佳规范。
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) carbon membrane extraction and compounding technology is an advanced method used to study the structure, composition and distribution of second-phase particles such as carbides and non-metallic inclusions, and the selection of appropriate etching methods and specifications. Preparation of high quality electron microscopy samples is the primary condition for observation and analysis. In view of this, aiming at a 21 2/4 Cr-1Mo steel reheat steam pipe and its welded joints extended in service, two kinds of etching methods, chemical and electrochemical, were used to prepare the carbon film extraction complex Samples, and by TEM observation, to determine the best specifications for sample preparation.
