介绍云南磷肥厂6万吨/年磷酸一铵装置反应釜的改造,分析反应釜搅拌系统存在问题的原因及解决办法。通过云磷的实践证明,对于氨磷酸中和反应系统搅拌桨的设计,以桨叶线速度作为设计放大的依据不太合理,应以比表面积a值相同作为设计放大的依据;n/nk的比值应≤0.5;合理的进气结构和喷出速度可使比表面积a值大大增加,从而使反应更加迅速和完全,明显降低气氨的损耗。
This paper introduces the reformation of 60,000 t / y Ammonium Phosphate Plant Reactor in Yunnan Phosphate Fertilizer Plant, and analyzes the reasons and solutions of the existing problems in the reactor agitation system. Through the practice of Phosphorus and Phosphorus, it has been proved that the design of agitating paddle for ammonia-neutralizing reaction system is not reasonable based on the fact that the linear speed of paddle is used as the basis for design amplification.
