目的 :探索小家鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂抗药性的发生发展规律。方法 :摄食 0 .0 2 5%浓度杀鼠灵毒饵存活的实验小鼠做为亲本鼠 ,后代用同样毒饵淘汰 ,存活者兄妹配对繁殖 ,逐代进行。结果 :试鼠存活率随代次递增先升后降 ;代次与存活率呈幂函数曲线关系。雌鼠繁殖力随代次递增呈下降趋势 ,主要表现为年产窝数减少 ,代次与繁殖力参数呈 4次多项式曲线关系。结论 :在抗凝血灭鼠剂的持续淘汰条件下小家鼠种群适合度降低 ,亦即抗性鼠生命力低
Objective: To explore the occurrence and development of Mus musculus anticoagulant drug resistance. Methods: The experimental mice fed 0 .25% concentration of warfarin bait were used as the parent mice, and the offspring were eliminated with the same bait. The surviving siblings were matched for reproduction one by one. Results: The viability of test rats increased first and then decreased with the increase of generations; the power function curves of substitution rate and survival rate were shown. Fecundity of females declined with the increase of generations, which was mainly represented by the reduction of nest number per year and the quadratic polynomial curve relationship between generations and fecundity parameters. CONCLUSIONS: The fitness of Mus musculus population is reduced under the condition of continuous elimination of anticoagulant rodenticides, that is, the vitality of resistant mice is low
