隐性伤害对中小学生的成长影响很大。追溯中小学隐性伤害行为产生的过程发现,隐性伤害形式多样,主要有师源性隐性伤害、生源性隐性伤害和学源性隐性伤害。要避免对中小学生的隐性伤害必须采取提高教师的专业素养、注重职业道德建设和加强安全管理等措施。只有这样,才能避免由于惩罚不当、尊重与爱被忽视、公平的缺失、教师情绪管理失控等隐性伤害行为的产生。
Implicit injury has a great impact on the growth of primary and secondary students. The process of tracing the hidden injuries in primary and secondary schools found that there are many forms of hidden injuries, mainly including hidden injuries caused by teachers, students’ hidden injuries and learning-based hidden injuries. To avoid the hidden injury to primary and secondary school students must take measures to improve teachers’ professionalism, pay attention to the construction of professional ethics and strengthen safety management. Only in this way can we avoid the occurrence of hidden injuries such as improper punishment, neglect of respect and love, lack of fairness and uncontrolled teacher emotional management.
