1993~1996年用点滴法和浸叶法分别测定了几个县(市)棉铃虫对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、灭多威、久效磷的抗性水平,其结果溴氰菊酯LD50分别为0.00959、0.01612、0.02360ug/头;氯氰菊酯LD50分别为0.05570、0.08590、0.07559ug/头,与敏感基线标准比较,棉铃虫对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数为13.70、23.00、33.71;对氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数为9.60、14.81、13.00。灭多威LC50分别为562.3、455.8、138.5(ppm);久效磷LC50分别为1661.7、643.6(ppm),与敏感基线比较,棉铃虫对灭多威的抗性倍数分别为5.74、4.60、1.41;久效磷的抗性倍数分别为7.90、3.06。结果表明,棉铃虫对溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯已产生中等抗性,且年度间敏感性下降趋势明显,但对灭多威、久效磷仅产生了低水平抗性。
From 1993 to 1996, the resistance of cotton bollworm to deltamethrin, cypermethrin, methomyl and monocrotophos in several counties (cities) were determined by using the method of drip and leaf dipping. The results showed that deltamethrin LD50 0.00959,0.01612,0.02360ug / head; cypermethrin LD50 were 0.05570,0.08590,0.07559ug / head, compared with the sensitive baseline standards, cotton bollworm deltamethrin resistance fold 13.70,23.00,33.71; resistance to cypermethrin was 9.60,14.81,13.00. Methomodine LC50 were 562.3, 455.8, 138.5 (ppm) respectively; monocrotophos LC50 were 1661.7,643.6 (ppm) respectively. Compared with the sensitive baseline, The resistance multiples were 5.74, 4.60 and 1.41, respectively. The multiples of monocrotophos were 7.90 and 3.06 respectively. The results showed that the cotton bollworm had moderate resistance to deltamethrin and cypermethrin, and the annual sensitivity decreased obviously. However, low resistance was found to methomyl and monocrotophos.
