汽车发动机配气正时对其燃油耗、排放性能以及扭矩和功率特性等方面起到至关重要的影响,配气正时的任何微小改变都会影响发动机的整体性能。因此,为了能使发动机性能得到稳定保证,设计正确的配气正时结构是必要的。本文就此介绍了一种常用凸轮轴正时结构的设计计算方法。
Vehicle engine timing plays a crucial role in fuel economy, emissions performance, torque and power characteristics, and any minor changes in valve timing affect the overall performance of the engine. Therefore, in order to ensure stable engine performance, it is necessary to design the correct valve timing structure. In this paper, a commonly used camshaft timing structure design and calculation method is introduced.
