旧水泥混凝土路面存在的接缝是对加铺层使用性能及寿命造成影响的最为直接的原因之一。为此,建立三维有限元模型,分析了水泥混凝土破碎板裂缝接触状态,系统研究了水泥混凝土路面破碎后接缝变化对破碎板沥青加铺层结构荷载应力及温度应力的影响规律。结果表明:接缝宽度的适当减小虽然使加铺层接缝两侧弯沉值有所增加,但有利于降低加铺层中的荷载应力、温度应力,特别是大大降低弯沉差。建议在旧水泥混凝土板破碎实际施工中,尽量减小接缝宽度。
The presence of seams on the old cement concrete pavement is one of the most direct causes of overlay serviceability and longevity. Therefore, a three-dimensional finite element model was established and the contact state of cracks in cement concrete crushing plates was analyzed. The influence of joints on the load and temperature stress of asphalt overlay was systematically studied. The results show that although the proper reduction of the joint width increases the deflection of the overlay joint on both sides, it is beneficial to reduce the load stress and temperature stress in the overlay layer, especially to greatly reduce the deflection difference. Proposed in the actual construction of the old concrete slab crushing, minimize the joint width.
