上海市南区热网管道工程是南市电厂改建工程的配套项目,分东、南、中、北四条管线,向附近五公里范围内的工厂、企业单位供热,以供生产用热为主,其中三条管线的供热介质为蒸汽,一条管线的供热介质为高温高压热水,蒸汽管道无回水。目前设计已基本完成,正在施工中。由于热用户杂、小、多,热负荷变化大,市区建筑拥挤,管道走向极不规则等原因,给热网管道设计带来了一系列的问题,本文主要介绍设计计算中所遇到的一些问题,以供热网管道设计工作者参考。
Shanghai Southern District Heating Network Pipeline Project is an auxiliary project of the reconstruction project of Nanshi Power Plant. It is divided into four pipelines in the east, south, middle, and north, supplying heat to factories and business units in the nearby five kilometers range, mainly for production heat. Among them, the heating medium for the three pipelines is steam, the heating medium for one pipeline is high temperature and high pressure hot water, and the steam pipeline has no return water. The current design has been basically completed and is under construction. Due to the miscellaneous, small, and large heat users, large changes in heat load, crowded urban buildings, and extremely irregular pipelines, a series of problems have been brought to the design of heating network pipelines. This article mainly introduces the problems encountered in design calculations. Some problems are referenced by heating network pipe designers.
