[目的]探索提高马铃薯品种临薯17号杂交结实率的方法。[方法]以L0527-4为父本,以临薯17号为木本配制杂交组合,以期运用临薯17号的优良性状。[结果]临薯17号的最佳授粉时间为上午10:00-12:00或下午4:00之后,杂交后第3天,喷施10 mg/L的2,4-D、50 mg/L的赤霉素、20 mg/L 6-BA+50 mg/L赤霉素在马铃薯孕蕾期间,每隔7天喷洒植株,这3种处理方法均可提高临薯17号的杂交结实率。[结论]杂交后第3 d喷施10 mg/L的2,4-D提高临薯17号杂交结实率效果最优。该研究可为其他材料提高杂交结实率提供技术借鉴。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore ways to improve the seed setting rate of potato variety No. [Method] With L0527-4 as the male parent and Linshu17 as the woody hybrid, the excellent traits of Linshu 17 were used. [Result] The best pollination time of Linshu17 was 10: 00-12: 00 or 4: 00 in the morning. The 3rd day after the hybridization was sprayed with 10 mg / L of 2,4-D and 50 mg / L gibberellin and 20 mg / L 6-BA + 50 mg / L gibberellin were sprayed every 7 days during the period of pregnancy in potato. All three treatments could improve the seed setting rate . [Conclusion] The results showed that spraying 10 mg / L 2,4-D on the 3 d after hybridization could improve the seed setting rate of Linshu 17 optimally. This study can provide technical reference for other materials to improve the seed setting rate.
