从时尚选秀节目“超级女生”到政治情绪激进的“倒扁运动”,都有他们的身影…他们喜欢泡网,认为就算在学校里不是最优秀的,但是还有很多舞台可以表现自己。他们可能为了一件事情排山倒海地批评你,但有时他们也很愿意支持你。他们对关心的事情非常投入,很愿意去表达自己的想法,但他们并不是对天下的所有事情都关心。这就是Y一代!作为主管,企业在面对Y一代的时候,应该不是采取抱怨、批评,而是跟着Y一代改变,去调整他们需要的方式,给机会让他们找到需要的成就感。

As a supervisor, when faced with Generation Y, enterprises should not complain or criticize but instead change their generation to adjust the way they need to give them opportunities to find the sense of achievement they need.
