1 定子整体化结构1983年在巴西召开的国际大电网会议的水轮发电机专业会上,各国专家一致认为,大型水轮发电机、发电/电动机和高转速水轮发电机的定子,应当采取机座工地焊成整圆、铁芯工地整圆叠片、工地下线、取消合缝的整体化结构,以提高定子的整体性和刚度。会上对我国葛洲坝D_a=15.6m的125MW水轮发电机定子,仍然采取分瓣组合结构,提出不同看法。国内,哈尔滨电机厂在白山电站三台SF300-48/12600水轮发电机,天津发电设备厂在渔子溪二级、东江、白垢(贯流)和长潭等电站的SF40-12/4850、SF125-36/8900、
