针对连杆机构的运动特点,设计了串联四杆机构作为压力机的工作机构。利用系统动力学软件ADAMS建立了串联四杆机构的多体动力学模型并作了运动仿真。研究了曲柄长度和滑块偏心距的变化对滑块位移、速度、加速度的曲线形态的影响。仿真结果表明:随着曲柄长度增加,滑块的行程增大,滑块的运动特性变差;而滑块偏心距的增加对滑块运动曲线形态的改变具有相反的作用。研究结果可对多连杆压力机的开发提供参考。
Aiming at the movement characteristics of linkage mechanism, a series four-bar mechanism was designed as the working mechanism of the press. The multi-body dynamics model of a series four-bar mechanism was established by system dynamics software ADAMS. The influence of the change of crank length and slider eccentricity on the curve shape of the slider displacement, velocity and acceleration was studied. The simulation results show that as the length of the crank increases, the stroke of the slider increases, and the moving characteristics of the slider become worse. The increase of the slider eccentricity has the opposite effect on the change of the shape of the slider’s motion curve. The results can provide reference for the development of multi-link presses.
