1999年山东临沂电台最早开办《行风热线》,节目设立之初,功能定位就已经非常明确:传播党的方针政策,树立部门形象,化解群众矛盾,维护社会和谐稳定。在此之后,各地纷纷效仿,如河北电台的《阳光热线》、湖北电台的《政风行风热线》、河南电台的《政府在线》等。此类节目把舆论监督、行政监督、群众监督等几种监督形式有机结合起来,优势互补、相得益彰,迅速成为广播节目中收听率最高、播出效果最好的节目。据统计,全国95%以上的省级和市级电台都开办有这类节目。

Such programs combine various forms of supervision such as public opinion supervision, administrative supervision and supervision by the masses, complementing each other’s strengths and complement each other, and quickly become the highest-rate and best-performing program on radio programs. According to statistics, over 95% of the provincial and municipal radio stations in the country have such programs.
