目的 观察强噪声暴露后胃溃疡大鼠血浆多肽激素水平的变化 ,并讨论其机制。方法制作大鼠胃溃疡模型 ,进行强噪声刺激 ,空腹时经眼球静脉取血 ,采用放射免疫分析法测定血浆激素含量 ,并测量大鼠胃溃疡面积。结果 (1)无噪声刺激时 ,胃溃疡模型术后 10d大鼠血浆胃动素[MTL ,(16 0 .70± 40 .34)pg/ml]和骨钙素 [BGP ,(2 7.6 3± 13.13)pg/ml]水平均明显高于对照组 [分别为(89.2 1± 49.94)、(9.10± 1.38)pg/ml],差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而胃泌素 (GAS)水平 [(10 7.0 0±2 1.75 )pg/ml]则明显下降 ,与对照组 [(15 8.48± 2 0 .92 )pg/ml]的差异亦有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。(2 )强噪声刺激时 ,无溃疡大鼠 10d时的血浆MTL[(312 .80± 2 0 7.42 )pg/ml]和BGP[(17.76± 12 .33)pg/ml]均明显高于对照组 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ;而GAS水平无明显变化。 (3)胃溃疡大鼠强噪声暴露第 10天和第 40天的溃疡面积 [分别为 (15 .33± 7.2 6 )mm2 和 (15 .11± 12 .45 )mm2 ]较对照组 [分别为 (8.2 2± 6 .6 6 )mm2 和 (3.6 7± 9.90 )mm2 ]增大 ,差异有显著性 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;而第 10天和第 40天MTL水平 [分别为 (2 44 .44± 6 8.11)pg/ml和 (191.2 0± 6 0 .5 0 )pg/ml]与对照组 [分别为 (16 0 .
Objective To observe the changes of plasma peptide hormone levels in gastric ulcer rats after severe noise exposure and to discuss its mechanism. Methods The model of gastric ulcer in rats was made. The rats were subjected to strong noise stimulation. Blood samples were taken from the eyeballs on fasting. The contents of plasma hormones were measured by radioimmunoassay. The area of gastric ulcer in rats was measured. Results (1) In the gastric ulcer model, the levels of plasma motilin (MTL, (16.07 ± 40.34) pg / ml] and osteocalcin [BGP (2 7.63 ± 13.13) pg / ml] were significantly higher than that of the control group [(89.21 ± 49.94, respectively, 9.10 ± 1.38 pg / ml], the difference was significant (P <0.05) (P <0. 0) in the control group [(15 8.48 ± 2.09) pg / ml] was significantly lower than that in the control group [(10 7.0 ± 2 1.75) pg / 1).
