目的观察脂肪乳剂对围手术期胃癌患者白细胞化学发光(CL)的影响。方法将20例病理证实的进展期胃癌患者分为三组,力能(LCT)组:20%力能提供30%非蛋白热卡;力保肪宁(MCT)组:20%力保肪宁提供30%非蛋白热卡;葡萄糖组,葡萄糖提供100%非蛋白热卡。能量给予25kcal/kg·d,N0.12g/kg·d,营养液以全合一液匀速输入。分别于术前、营养前(术后)及营养后测定外周血CL。结果手术前后CL无明显差别,葡萄糖组TPN后有升高趋势,但差异不明显(P>0.05),力能组及力保肪宁组TPN5d后CL明显升高(P<0.01),但两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论手术创伤对CL的影响不大,力能脂肪乳剂及力保肪宁脂肪乳剂提供30%非蛋白热卡能增强CL。
Objective To observe the effect of fat emulsion on leukocyte chemiluminescence (CL) in patients with perioperative gastric cancer. Methods Twenty patients with pathologically confirmed advanced gastric cancer were divided into three groups: LCT group: 30% non-protein heat card with 20% power; MCF group: 20% Provides 30% non-protein heat card; glucose group, glucose provides 100% non-protein heat card. Conclusions Surgical trauma has little effect on CL. CLF can be enhanced by CLF and CLFR creams.
