目的:研究厚朴总酚对高钾、组胺和乙酰胆碱所致气管收缩的抑制作用。方法:采用离体豚鼠气管条法,观察厚朴总酚对离体豚鼠支气管条的直接作用以及对高钾、组胺、乙酰胆碱引起的收缩的对抗作用。结果:厚朴总酚对豚鼠支气管条基础张力无明显作用。能抑制氯化钾、乙酰胆碱、磷酸组胺所诱导气管平滑肌收缩,其作用呈剂量依赖性,3×10-5g/mL厚朴总酚最高分别抑制KCl、Ach、His引起的收缩(95.96±3.02)%、(93.98±4.62)%、(92.15±5.66)%。结论:厚朴总酚对气管平滑肌具有显著舒张作用,其机制与细胞膜上的电压依赖性钙通道及细胞内钙的释放有关系。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of magnolol on tracheal contraction induced by high potassium, histamine and acetylcholine. Methods: The guinea pig tracheal strip method was used to observe the direct effect of total phenolics of Magnolia officinalis on the bronchial strips of isolated guinea pigs and the antagonism to the contraction induced by high potassium, histamine and acetylcholine. Results: Magnolol had no effect on the basal tension of bronchus in guinea pigs. Can inhibit the contraction of tracheal smooth muscle induced by potassium chloride, acetylcholine and histamine phosphate in a dose-dependent manner. The total phenolics of 3 × 10-5g / mL, respectively, inhibited the contraction induced by KCl, Ach and His (95.96 ± 3.02 )%, (93.98 ± 4.62)%, (92.15 ± 5.66)%. CONCLUSION: Magnolol can significantly relieve tracheal smooth muscle and its mechanism is related to the voltage-dependent calcium channel and the intracellular calcium release on the cell membrane.
