泰国商业部外贸厅近日照会我驻泰使馆,称已公布对原产于中国的柠檬酸的反倾销期终复审终裁前披露。披露称,若取消反倾销措施,来自中国的产品会继续以倾销价格进口并对泰国内产业造成损害,因此拟继续对上述产品征收为期5年的38.10%的反倾销税。
Foreign Trade Department of Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce recently took note of my embassy in Thailand, saying it has disclosed before the final ruling of anti-dumping final review of citric acid originating in China. Disclosed that if anti-dumping measures were canceled, products from China would continue to be imported at dumping prices and cause damage to industries in Thailand. Therefore, it is proposed to impose a 38.10% anti-dumping tax on these products for a period of five years.
