采用尾矿坝中富集培养的碱性硫杆菌,进行某硫化铜矿尾矿的浸出试验,从接种量、细菌的适应时间、矿浆浓度等方面探讨细菌对铜浸出率的影响。试样结果显示,当接种量为25%,细菌的适应时间为5 d,矿浆浓度为5 g/L,在浸出时间为50 d时,尾矿中铜的浸出率最高达24.51%。浸出试验优化后,铜浸出率预期最大值33.4%,可提高8.89个百分点。
Bacillus thuringiensis enriched in the tailings dam was used to carry out the leaching experiment of a copper sulfide tailings. The effects of bacteria on the leaching rate of copper were discussed in terms of inoculation amount, bacterial adaptation time and pulp concentration. The results showed that when the inoculation amount was 25%, the bacterial adaption time was 5 d, the pulp concentration was 5 g / L, and the leaching time was 50 d, the leaching rate of copper in the tailings was up to 24.51%. Leaching test optimization, the expected maximum copper leaching rate of 33.4%, an increase of 8.89 percentage points.
