北京科技大学高效轧制国家工程研究中心自主研究开发的表面缺陷在线检测HXSI系统,又新添一处业绩——四川广汉天成不锈钢制品有限公司不锈冷轧表面缺陷在线检测系统于2015年3月底上线并完成热负荷试车,目前系统已交付甲方使用。HXSI系统是高效轧制国家工程研究中心2008年自主研发的钢铁领域全流程表面缺陷在线检测系统,检测范围包括从连铸坯到热连轧、中厚板、冷轧的各流程。HXSI系统能实现高温、高速和复杂背景下的金属表面缺陷在线检测,系统最小检测精度能达到0.12 mm/pixel,系统最大检测速度26 m/s。HXSI系统在表面缺陷检测与识别算法、数据实时处理、图像采集与传送、照明技术等方面具有特色和突出的优势。HXSI系统曾获省部级一等奖2项、二等
